VILLA LUCCA: A Celebrity-Led Lifestyle Film Campaign

Use this as a reference

Project background: giving the spaces a human perspective

Residential marketing can communicate a way of living as well as physical space. For the VILLA LUCCA campaign, Darkroom Studio, as the video production company, developed a series around three different personalities rather than a single conventional property tour. Aimee Chan, Emi Wong and Vivian Ma bring their individual perspectives to the spaces, giving the architecture a more personal context.

Visual approach: different experiences within one development

Family warmth — Aimee Chan: For an audience interested in family life, warm cinematography records Aimee Chan and her family interacting in the living spaces. Design features, including the outdoor garden and open kitchen, appear within conversations and cooking scenes, showing how the home might be experienced through family routines.

Time for yourself — Emi Wong: For the strand centred on personal balance, the film follows Emi Wong. Measured camera movement and natural light record her practising yoga on a large terrace overlooking Pat Sin Leng, connecting the surrounding landscape with a quiet moment to herself.

Activity and discovery — Vivian Ma: Vivian Ma's perspective introduces the surrounding landscape and clubhouse. A thirty-second TVC combines dynamic footage and flowing editing with CLUB LUCCA's architectural features, including the spiral staircase and indoor pool, alongside quieter moments of exploration among the greenery.

Creative outcome: a coordinated lifestyle film series

The series presents three different ways of experiencing VILLA LUCCA. Consistent attention to lighting, composition and interaction connects the films while allowing each personality to bring a distinct perspective. Together, they provide the development with a set of visual stories for its digital communication.

Q&A

Why feature several personalities in a residential film campaign?+

It offers more than one perspective on the proposed lifestyle. In the VILLA LUCCA series, Aimee Chan's strand focuses on family, Emi Wong's on wellbeing and Vivian Ma's on activity and discovery. These different viewpoints give audiences more than one way to consider their own relationship with the spaces through the films.

How can a production company introduce property features naturally in a film?+

By building scenes around how the spaces are used. Rather than rely only on camera movements that demonstrate room dimensions, the campaign places Emi Wong practising yoga on the terrace and follows Vivian Ma through the clubhouse and indoor pool. This scene-led approach gives the property details a practical and personal context.
