Sino Group — Landmark South: An FPV Tour of Wong Chuk Hang
Use this as a referenceThe Brief: Introducing a Commercial and Arts Address
Landmark South is a Sino Group commercial project in Wong Chuk Hang, combining Grade A offices with space for the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. Darkroom Studio was commissioned to create a property film using FPV movement to connect the building’s interior, outdoor spaces and surrounding district.
The Approach: A Flowing Journey through the Property
The film uses FPV (First Person View) flight imagery to create a continuous sense of movement through the building:
Connecting Different Spaces: The camera takes a bird’s-eye perspective over Wong Chuk Hang before moving into the building. The lobby, office floors and outdoor terrace are linked through flowing FPV sequences, helping viewers understand their spatial relationship.
Art and Outdoor Space: The route includes the eighth-floor sky garden, described in the project brief as more than 9,000 square feet. Low-level views of planting and places to rest introduce the building’s approach to well-being. The film also moves through art-focused shared spaces, connecting the property with the district’s cultural character.
Transport Connections: The flight route places the building in relation to Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station, making the connection between the property and its transport setting visible.
The Finished Film: A Property Tour with Pace
The FPV treatment gives the property film a lively, technology-led visual style. Its flowing route introduces Landmark South through movement, presenting a different perspective on the spaces to prospective tenants and online audiences.
